His kitchen felt too cramped, and his dining room was hardly used except for Christmas Day and the odd dinner party.

He knew the obvious solution: knocking down a wall to open the space up, but he was finding it hard to imagine what it would look like – making the prospect of a new kitchen feel far too daunting.

All you need to do is give us your home’s layout, including where your pipes, wires and any structural walls are. Then, we’ll create a video that takes you on a tour of your new potential space.

We’ll consider how you want to use your new space to ensure you get the most functionality out of it; for this client, we created an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The removal of walls meant we could add more kitchen cupboards and worktop space, making his kitchen area bigger; it meant he had the option of having a kitchen island with seating for casual eating, and there was still space left over for a dining table, to resume his usual Christmas traditions.
